For seven years she taught at the Vienna State Opera Ballet School, while also directing company classes for the Vienna State Opera Ballet. She has as well, taught and choreographed for many other prestigious ballet companies in Europe and Japan, including a lengthy collaboration with ballet legend John Neumeier of Ballet Hamburg. In 1991 she was appointed Artistic Director of the newly founded Vienna Chamber Ballet.
From 1996 to 2005, Dina Leisch was a key contributor to the evolution of DancEast, where she taught, coached and choreographed, guided the development of the classical dance syllabus and contributed to the annual production of The Nutcracker.

The Atlantic Dance Academy was founded in 2005 by Dina Leisch.
Noted European Ballet Mistress and choreographer, Dina Leisch is an accomplished authority on the Vaganova technique of classical dance. She is a graduate of the Bolshoi Ballet School and the renowned Moscow Institute of Theatre Arts (GITIS), from which she earned professional designations as Ballet Mistress and Choreographer. She danced professionally in Moscow, Tashkent and on film, before turning to pedagogy and choreography on a full time basis.
